1. Purpose and Scope

This Privacy Policy sets forth the principles for the processing, storage, and protection of the personal data of visitors and users of the nobelmedya.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and other applicable legislation.

The Site is an informational and blog platform and does not engage in commercial sales. The data controller is the owner of the Site, Nobel Medya (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”).

  6. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and to request that this be communicated to third parties to whom the data was transferred.

  7. To object to results that may arise to their detriment as a result of the analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems.

  8. To request compensation for damages if they suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.
